By accessing current and complete data – including circulation, holds, transits, patrons, and acquisitions – Decision Center provides courses of action that help your library create customer driven collections while streamlining collection management workflows.

Decision Center is web-based user friendly reporting software that allows library staff to analyze circulation and collection costs and trends without requiring you to perform complex Boolean queries in advance. There are many pre-defined queries in Decision Center; we will only be demonstrating and practicing some of these in training, but encourage users to explore all of the possible reports on your own.
