Course Description: This course discusses the types of records available in the PrairieCat catalog and the types of holds that can be placed.

Membership Level: Union List, Basic Online, and Fully Participating

Video: Approximately 13 minutes.

Course Objectives: Understand the differences between bibliographic, volume, and item records and how to properly place holds.

An optional worksheet is available in the Course Documents. There is no requirement to submit the completed worksheet to PrairieCat.

Course Tips:
