Course Description: This course shows how to work with holds in the patron record.

Membership Level: Union List, Basic Online, and Fully Participating

Course Objectives: Understand how to place, modify, and cancel holds in the patron record in the Checkout function.

An optional worksheet is available in the Course Documents. There is no requirement to submit the completed worksheet to PrairieCat.

Before starting the course, verify you can log in to the PrairieCat support site to access policies and procedures documentation. Library staff will use their L2 username and password to log in to the PrairieCat support site.
